Buzzard's Roost's most prized barrels are offered uncut and unfiltered, straight from the barrel.

Only a select few barrels will meet the criteria to be offered at Barrel Strength.

It's no wonder this four-year-old whiskey won a Gold Medal at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Nose: The nose opens up into notes of caramel, candied pecans, milky tea and toasted white bread.

Palate: Creamy and medium to full-bodied on the palate, but with a zippy pepperiness. Despite its high proof, it feels smooth on the palate.

Finish: The caramel note carries through to the moderately long finish. There are also very gentle tannins on the back palate.
