2 main terroirs: on the south Luberon side, plots with limestone fragments, in an early-ripening zone, and plots at 500m altitude on clay-limestone soils with very high stony content. On the north side, the vines are located at an altitude of 400 meters, facing north, with clay-limestone soils.

Harvest and Winemaking
The harvest is destemmed, and the grapes are then vinified with the aim of achieving a gentle, controlled extraction, but during a long maceration period of 5 to 6 weeks, passively. Only the run-off juice is recovered.
Aged for 2 years in 100% new barrels.
