The mouthfeel is bursting with citrus fruits like lemon rind and bergamot and waves of medicinal smoke follow. The influence of the of Oloroso casks can be seen with the warming spices ginger and cumin are followed with drying cocoa powder sensation and espresso coffee.
The aroma is powerful and intense with a rich smoky aroma of coal dust and tar which is softened by fresher, invigorating peppermint and eucalyptus which brings sweetness and a cooling mint. A zesty lemony aroma dominates with a tangy and refreshing sweetness.
