In celebration of Fèis Ìle 2024, we have a limited-edition Big Peat! This year, the Islay was finished in rum casks. Theres just 5,688 bottles, filled at 48% ABV with no colouring and no chill-filtration. Tasting Note Nose Peated barley and smoke give way to a warming, spicy style plus toasted marshmallows. Palate Oily and thick with a distinctly Islay character alongside flambéed banana, barbecued meat and honeyed malt. Finish Coal dust lingers with a charred pineapple and allspice sweetness.
