Nose: Gentle esters rub shoulders with sweet banana loaf made using old banana, sweet vanilla and roasted peaches. A hint of ginger and cut grass.
Palate: Wonderfully mouth coating with everything the nose promised, but so much more: a huge chunk of funky molasses, the sweet yeasty taste of a long fermentation and sweet honeysuckle, hints of caca and butter, hibiscus add to a rich perfumed palate.
Finish: Long, luxuriously estery and mouthwatering with dryness. That tropical fruitiness and sweet perfume stays a long time. Peppery and elegant.
