Bedford Park has bottled a corn whiskey from Kentucky. We are, unfortunately, not at liberty to disclose the distillery. But we know from tasting it with friends and family prior to bottling that it will be a popular release. A very limited run means a very limited opportunity to get your hands on this one and we expect it to disappear very quickly.
The new label designed by James Tuer will be a staple for Bedford Park as it continues to seek out further opportunities to bottle corn whiskey and similar styles from the United States. This whiskey spent nearly half its life maturing in the US before being shipped to the UK for further aging.
This single barrel corn whiskey is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, yielding 135 bottles at a cask strength of 58.4% ABV.
