A bold, high proof reposado tequila that refuses to play it safe, Manuscrito Chapter 4 delivers a richly layered collision of agave character and oak depth that stands apart in any collection.
Handcrafted by Master Distiller Oscar Vazquez Camarena at El Sabino Distillery in Jesus Maria, Mexico, this expression is built from single estate 100% Blue Weber agave, harvested at 6 to 8 years of maturity for maximum complexity. Chapter 4 was expertly aged in ex-chardonnay French Oak barrels for over three months, a process that coaxes remarkable depth from the raw spirit while preserving its vibrant agave core.
Nose: Warm baking spices, ripe banana bread, and a grounding wave of roasted agave with subtle vanilla lifted by the influence of French Oak.
Palate: A satisfying push and pull between sweet agave, toasted oak, cinnamon, and soft fruit, with banana bread notes weaving throughout for a surprisingly approachable yet boldly structured sip.
Finish: Long, warming, and spice-forward with lingering oak and a clean agave backbone that invites the next pour.
